Kevin
Owner
Kevin has been the sole owner of Ethical Tree Services since 2018. He is extremely passionate about tree preservation and care.
- Certified Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA)

Michelle
General Manager/Owner of Perennial Princess
Michelle has been in the landscape industry since 2018 and has a strong passion for planting designs. In 2023 her and Kevin decided it would be smart to start another company, Perennial Princess, that specializes in planting designs and bed maintenance. These two companies work hand in hand to provide exceptional tree work as well as planting and garden bed installations and maintenance. She also runs most of the day-to-day operations within Ethical Tree Services.
Michelle lives in Plainville with Kevin, their son, and their two dogs, Meatball and Porkchop. In her free time she likes gardening, reading, fitness, traveling, and helping others.
Tim
Superintendent/Sales Arborist
Tim joined Ethical Tree in 2024 as a sales arborist, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on expertise. Beyond his extensive experience, he actively contributes on job sites, working alongside the team to ensure top-quality service. In his free time, Tim enjoys making memories with his daughter, playing hockey, and hitting the slopes for some snowboarding.
Seth
Landscape Foreman
With extensive experience in landscaping, Seth handles all of our plant installations. He has over 10 years of experience in the landscaping industry and has acquired a wealth of knowledge over the years in many different trades.
Arildo
Aerial Operator
Arildo joined the Ethical Tree team in 2022. He is an extremely hard worker with a very positive attitude. When he isn’t working, he enjoys going on adventures with his family which include any type of outdoor activity.
