Kevin
Owner
Kevin has been the sole owner of Ethical Tree Services since 2018. He is extremely passionate about tree preservation and care.

Chris
Sales Arborists
Chris joined the team in 2023 as our sales arborist. He comes to Ethical as a Massachusetts Certified Arborist with over 30 years experience and a degree in Arboriculture.
In his free time Chris enjoys spending his time in nature hiking, kayaking, or any other adventurous activities.
Michelle
General Manager/Owner of Perennial Princess
Michelle has been in the landscape industry since 2018 and has a strong passion for planting designs. In 2023 her and Kevin decided it would be smart to start another company, Perennial Princess, that specializes in planting designs and bed maintenance. These two companies work hand in hand to provide exceptional tree work as well as planting and garden bed installations and maintenance. She also runs most of the day-to-day operations within Ethical Tree Services.
Michelle lives in Plainville with Kevin and their two dogs, Meatball and Porkchop. In her free time she likes gardening, reading, fitness, traveling, and helping others.
John
Aerial Tree Climber
John joined Ethical Tree in 2020 and worked his way to the position of tree climber. He enjoys any type of tree pruning. In his spare time, John enjoys going on hikes, reading, and Formula 1 Racing.
Seth
Landscape Foreman
With extensive experience in landscaping, Seth handles all of our plant installations. He has over 10 years of experience in the landscaping industry and has acquired a wealth of knowledge over the years in many different trades.
Joe
Groundsman
Joe joined Ethical Tree Services in 2021 and is always going the extra mile to help our team. When he isn’t working, Joe enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and his family. He’s a big animal lover and enjoys old school rock.
Arildo
Aerial Operator
Arildo joined the Ethical Tree team in 2022. He is an extremely hard worker with a very positive attitude. When he isn’t working, he enjoys going on adventures with his family which include any type of outdoor activities.
